The Boardman & Clark law firm recently published this School Law Newsletter. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has agreed to hear a an open meetings case that will be of great interest to school districts. The newsletter also discusses the WERC revision of the CPI-U for bargaining agreements beginning January 1, 2017
