Federal Transgender Guidance Withdrawn

The Boardman & Clark Law Firm has recently published this Legal Update that discusses the Departments of Education and Justice letter rescinding its previous guidance under Title IX concerning transgender students. The “Dear Colleague” letter was released on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
