LFB Memo Comparing Impact of Major School Finance Proposal from Evers, JFC

The Legislative Fiscal Bureau (LFB) has produced a memo estimating the effects on school districts of the major K-12 school finance provisions of Governor Evers’ proposed 2021-23 state budget and that recently adopted by the Joint Finance Committee. I recommend you review the first four pages of the memo to understand the assumptions built into the LFB estimates.
