Scope Statement for Fund 80 Rule Available

The DPI scope statement for the proposed rule change on Fund 80 is now available. This proposed rule change will create Chapter PI 80, as required by 2013 Wisconsin Act 306. Under 2013 Wisconsin Act 306, the department must define ineligible costs related to community programs and services.
The SAA has heard from many members regarding the proposed rule change required by Act 306. The SAA will closely monitor this process and keep the membership informed of any developments.
